All abstracts will only be accepted through the registration form.
All papers should be prepared in Microsoft Word and written in Times New Roman font. All the text, except the titles, should be written in Times New Roman font of 12. The line spacing should be 1.5. The followings must be considered before submission of the Paper:
The languages of the congress are Turkish, German and English.
Design of the Congress Proceeding
1. Title page
The title page should include the title, the name, institutional affiliation(s), full postal address, and e-mail of each author as well as the key words of the abstract.
2. Text header
The title should be bold. The first letters of words should be capitalized, centered, typed using Times New Roman font of 12. One space should appear before and after a title.
3. Author/Authors
The name of the author/authors should be after the title of the page font of 10 and the affiliations should be written as a dip note. Each of the author names should appear on a single line. One author will need to be identified as the corresponding author, with their email address normally displayed in the congress proceeding.
4. Abstract
Abstract should not exceed more than 200-350 words and should be written in Times New Roman font of 12. Abstract should include the subject, aim, method and findings of the study.
5. Video Presentation
Summaries of video presentations should be prepared and sent according to the abovementioned points. Video presentations must be uploaded to YouTube via the "private" option. Video links (links) should be sent to imcc2018@sakarya.edu.tr at the latest on the "last registration" date in the congress calendar.
